A County Down firm has stepped-in to help investors, struggling to shift property, make their developments more appealing.
Newtownards-based House Doctor officially opened yesterday, and aims to offer clients a range of services that will help them transfer properties quicker.
The firm combines building and maintenance works with a furnishing business, offering clients a range of services from having a sofa delivered to having the electrics fixed.
Managing Director Steve Petrie has described the business as a "one-stop shop".
"Whether it's an investment property, a show house or a rental property, we remove the headaches in getting a home ready to live in, sell or rent," he said.
"It's very much a one-stop shop system. We meet the client, see what work needs to be done and simply hand back the keys when the job is done.
"There's no time wasted waiting for various deliveries or for tradespeople to turn up, and no risk of costly delays caused by different suppliers letting you down."
Mr Petrie said: "Recent expansion and high-quality supply chain means we can sort everything out, from guttering and gardening to supplying furniture, fixing electrics, plumbing, painting and hanging pictures."
"The House Doctors system enables clients to save money by using time most efficiently," he added.
