Craigavon Borough Council's building maintenance crew came out in force last week to cleanse the Annaloiste Road in Lurgan.
The road has suffered from illegal fly tipping in the past and the last few summer months have proved to be no exception.
The latest incident from last week included black rubbish bags, personal details and a load of tarmac.
"This fly tipping costs Craigavon's ratepayers. That's you and I who end up paying for someone's inconsideration," said Chair of Environmental Services Committee Councillor Mairead O'Dowd.
The councillor inspected the crew's work at first hand.
"Our staff work very hard at keeping the Borough clean and deserve credit for doing so. However they are bound to feel very frustrated when they clean up an area and a couple of weeks later it's just as bad," added Ms O'Dowd.
A notice has been served on an individual whose personal details were found in amongst the general rubbish.
