Communities Minister Éamon Ó Cuív has awarded a grant of €28,558 to Cnoc Fola Community Centre Committee for improvement works carried out at its base in Brinlack, Donegal.

Announcing the grant, the Minister said that he was pleased that his Department was able to provide assistance to the Cnoc Fola Community Centre Committee to carry out this work not only because it would be useful for the community, but it would also be of benefit to the thriving Irish college, 'An Chéad Ghlúin Eile'.

"I understand that a lot of activities are run at the centre. The fact that it is also used by the Irish college makes it very beneficial," the Minister said.
