Regeneration Works On Donegal Estate

Donegal County Council has announced plans to upgrade social housing in the Milford area.

The council has sought a tender to complete the works at a local authority estate under the Milford Housing Regeneration Works 2009.

Building contractors are invited to tender for the work, which includes carrying out the replacement of existing windows and external doors at 19 homes, located at the Lower Mount Marion Housing Estate

The range of works required will include the removal and disposal of existing single glazed timber windows and external doors, the supply and installation of double glazed windows and doors at two-storey local authority dwellings.

Details of the contract are available from the council's planning office.
