The Cork New Homes Website www.chap.ie has proven to be an instant success with the house buying public in the first month since it was launched, with huge levels of traffic to the site recorded.
The website has recorded over 25,000 unique visits from individual users since it was launched in February of this year in Cork, by Tom Parlon, Director General, Construction Industry Federation (CIF).
The website which was established by the Cork Branch of the CIF, now has over 500 individual new homes listed from 22 individual building companies and according to Alan Morris of the CIF, is providing great opportunities for potential home buyers to interact directly with the individual building companies who are selling.
Speaking about the success of the site Alan Morris said: "Since the launch, we’ve seen huge traffic to the site and a huge variety of new homes have been viewed. The search facility is proving very popular with the users of www.chap.ie and there is significant feedback from companies about queries they are getting from the site.
"The total number of unique visits is in excess of 25,000 and that is only for the first month or so. We are confident that the website will continue to prove popular and will see more and more people using it as a first port of call for new homes in Cork."
