PJ Hegarty and Sons Design Team includes Newenham Mulligan and Associates Architects (NMA) and DBFL Consulting Engineers.

Pat O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer of County Dublin VEC, said: "Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend has been instrumental in bringing the project to its current stage. We are now confident that we can provide over 1600 pupil spaces to the people of Phibblestown and the wider area by Autumn 2010."

Mark Kelly, Managing Director of Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend said: "The Dublin 15 area has experienced a vast increase in population over the last number of years.
