Walls construction has said works are progressing well on the €70m Trinity Biosciences Development, located on Pearse Street, in Dublin city centre.
Following completion of the excavation of the triple level basement in April of this year progress continues on the 40 week concrete superstructure element with works currently up to Bl-1 slab.
The next critical milestone for late this month will be the commencement of the installation of the pre cast beams and terraces for the first of the two 350-seater lecture theatres.
Meanwhile, Brian Cowen has visited the site of the New Simtech Training Facility and planted a tree in recognition of the growth of the company.
Simtech uses the latest aircraft simulation equipment to train airline pilots and engineers. They are a JAR TRTO approved training organisation.
Walls Construction has completed the base build and are awaiting delivery of the new Simulation Equipment for installation in the state of the art facility.
The development is located at Dublin Airport Logistic Park - a Rohan Holdings development.
