Concrete Handling & Processing Machines
Designed for filling, screeding and moving by a single operator, our concrete feeder/screeder and handler machines are suitable for the production of both wet cast and dry cast products.
Feeding concrete via a movable hopper into gang moulds becomes a less labour intensive process.

Steel Moulds
With over fifteen years experience in the industry, KME Steelworks produce a range of single and gang moulds (both standard and bespoke) to meet the individual specifications of pre-cast concrete product manufacturers in Construction, Agri and Commercial products.


KME also design and manufacture all formats of water troughs, feeding troughs, slats, slurry and water management systems in the agri sector. Bridge, Culvert, beam, silo walls, dwarf walls and bespoke products in the commercial sector. In the construction sector, KME also make cills, copings, kerbs, blocks and all formats of bespoke decorative moulds including fascia’s soffits, balustrades, columns and Pilasters.

Steel Lintels
KME Steelworks are approved “CATNIC” manufacturers, supplying “CATNIC” standard lintels as well as bespoke steel lintel products, e.g. Arch Lintels, Sun Lounge Lintels, Specialist steel structures.

• Are fully galvanised after manufacture to BS EN ISO 1491: 1999 and BS 729.
• Use 3mm Mild Steel as standard (4mm for Heavy Duty).
• Use mesh plaster key as a time saving alternative to the integral key.
• Incorporate a built-in Damp Proof Course.
Are fully insulated to maximise thermal efficiency.
