Hi There. Im very disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received over the phone by Lindsey. She was completely racist and unhelpful. I called in to follow up on a quote Im waiting and all I got was her trying to send me away at any cost. When I asked about the quote she said I had to wait 3 weeks to receive it and that I should be patient, then after I showed I was shocked with that information she then spoke with someone else and came back asking who I had spoken with, I told I dont remember the name of the man who received me and that I had lost his card on the construction, she said this man she didnt even knew who it was had to leave due to personal issues and he would be back in 10 days, again shocked I asked to speak with the other man, Barry, she then said he was at the back, in the factory busy and could not talk to me, once again I showed I was shocked with her resistance and lack of williness to help me, then she changed the story again saying Roran would be back on Monday and could give me the quote early next week again, trying to send me away. I told her my wife and I have an interior design office and we refer our clients to you she said I could go somewhere else because you are too busy and have loads of business, you dont need me or my clients.
Im completely disappointed with this treatment and will not refer you to any of my clients anymore.
