Please stay well away from this company and these people. We paid them alot of money 2years ago and we still have no house.

This is my experience and my opinion of MTF.
The workmanship is unbelievable bad we don’t have a straight wall in the house, not one door open was right. The engineer had to stop the build to make MTF fix the mistakes. They try to bully you into paying them money for bad work. If I had my time over I would stay well away. we have 4 people reached out to us with same problems, please be careful. Was told that MTF are telling people that we owned them money 30k , the fact is they have not done work they have been pay to do. Please do not pay them upfront for work to be done. Do not use MTF engineer not sure if he or she is real. We were lucky we had our own engineer from day one
