Capital Assets Appoints Finance Director

Capital Assets, a specialist property asset management company, has announced the appointment of Keith McGuigan as Finance Director to the business.

The appointment comes as the company positions itself for further business growth over the coming 12 months, as property investors and lenders increasingly turn to expert service providers to more effectively manage property portfolios.

Keith will have overall responsibility for the financial operations of the business but will also play a key role in both preparing and overseeing all financial aspects of the asset and debt management plans for clients.

Keith is a chartered accountant with over ten years international experience in a variety of sectors, including property management, construction, hospitality, advertising and marketing, manufacturing, energy production, healthcare and childcare.

Commenting on the appointment, Michael Hogan, managing director, Capital Assets, said: “The need for companies and investors to manage their properties more effectively is now greater than ever.

Prior to joining Capital Assets, Keith held management positions in Horwath Bastow Charleton, Limerick and in George Patterson Y & R, based in Sydney, Australia .

Keith has a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from the University of Limerick and is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) since 2003. He currently serves on the committee for the Chartered Accountants Ireland Mid-West Society.
