Contractor Appointed for Mixed Use Development

The main contractor has been appointed for the works involved in the construction of a mixed-use development at Ballymena Road, Portglenone.

JMF Construction Ltd will tackle the development, which will comprise the construction of two retail units with ancillary spaces and petrol pumps. Parking will be provided.

Main construction work is expected to commence on site early in the New Year. The cost of the scheme is in the region of £1 million.

The project was designed by McCutcheon and Wilkinson Architects.
