Proposed L'Derry Office Space Recommended For Approval

Plans for new Grade A office space on the Ebrington site in L'Derry have been recommended for approval by the Department for Infrastructure.

The new development is expected to attract new businesses to the city and help realise the potential of the Ebrington site.

Local Sinn Féin MP Elisha McCallion is hopeful the project will receive full planning approval in the next few weeks.

She added: "This would be a major step forward in helping to attract new jobs to the site, creating employment and providing a welcome boost to the local economy."

Following approval, construction work is expected to begin on site by October.
