Housing Development Proposed In Waterford

Plans have been put forward to develop a new housing scheme in Waterford City.

A proposal has been submitted to Waterford City & County Council for the project, which will see 49 homes built on lands at Ballygunner Castle Road/St. Mary's Place.

The Ballygunner homes would comprise of 6 one-bed apartments, 6 three-bed duplex units, 4 three-bed houses, 28 2-bed houses and five bungalows.

The plans also include supporting works like temporary construction signage, boundary treatment, landscaping, and all associated site works.
