Mercury Congratulates Latest Programme Graduates

Congratulations have been extended to the latest class of students who have successfully completed Dublin-based construction company Mercury's Graduate Programme.

The company's CEO, Eoin Vaughan, presented certificates of completion to the group of 28 graduates at a recent ceremony held at the Irish Management Institute in Dublin.

After 18 months of intensive training, the ceremony provided a platform for the outgoing cohort to showcase their final projects to members of Mercury's Executive Management Team.

Speaking at the event, Eoin said: "Mercury remains dedicated to support personal development and opportunities for our employees whose potential we believe has no limits. Change is where growth happens, where innovation thrives, and where careers are built. Learning never stops and our mindset shapes our future."

Mercury's Graduate Programme is a testament to our success as a group in recent years. Since Mercury's Graduate Programme inception 17 years ago with a cohort of five, the company have successfully trained and developed 400 plus graduates, 189 of those are still with the business and many have made long term careers, now holding senior positions.
