NI Water To Host Event Over Plans To Improve Sewerage Infrastructure In Co Down

NI Water is to host a public information event over plans to improve sewerage infrastructure and pumping stations in Bangor, Co Down.

The firm is to begin work on the second phase of a £3 million project to replace the existing Waste Water pumping station at Castle Park, along with the upgrade of sewers in the area.

The event will take place at Abbey Church Hall on Thursday, 25 August, between 4pm and 7pm.

The essential programme of work will also improve the bathing water quality in the area and is scheduled to get underway in early September.
