PJ Hegarty has welcomed students from University College Cork's Third-Year Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering class to one of its major Cork projects.

The opportunity granted some students their first experience on a construction site, offering them the

chance to see theory put into practice around site establishment, site EHS, earthworks, substructures and superstructures.

Contracts Manager Noel McDonnell and EHS Advisor Sarah McCarthy oversaw the visit, coordinated by Mark Poland and Tim Cronin from the UCC Construction Project Management module, alongside Estimating Director Pat Casey.
