33 Clarendon Dock also has 3,900 sq ft of Grade A office space to let, positioned on the ground floor and comprising carpeted raised access flooring, air handling, gas heating, kitchen and toilet facilities and eight dedicated car parking spaces.

Andrew Gawley, Associate Director at Lisney, said: "These properties at Clarendon Dock are positioned in a highly sought-after location, with cobble-lined streets and views across the recently-rejuvenated Laganside waterfront.

"The scale and potential of these properties, particularly the North Tower building, are incredibly strong. North Tower has just been refurbished and includes a fantastic new reception. We already have a number of interested parties in the building.

"The location is superb, situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the city centre, as well as a host of businesses and Belfast’s Law Courts and City Hall."
