Bought a cooker from H and F nine years ago and were very happy with it until we discovered the boiler leaked. When their rep. came to look at it, he asked if we wanted to buy another cooker!! He then said that it seemed that it had been leaking for a couple of years. He said "These things happen." No apology. He said that he would allow €400 against another refurbished cooker. I said that I had expected the cooker to last more than seven years. He then suggested that we could replace the boiler. He promised to ring in two days with a quote for replacing the boiler. Two emails later and three phone calls, he wont get back to me. The guy had absolutely no interest in repairing the cooker and was only interested in selling me another one. Absolutely NO after-sales service. Disgusted with H and F Enterprises.

Was happy until range boiler broke down, no central heating and water leaking - answer from H&f we don’t do those boilers anymore can’t help(it’s 7yrs old) - no offer to help made whatsoever. Effectively I am left with a range which can’t be fixed so they say, another boiler can’t be inserted and h&f had no suggestions. Dreadful customer service

Horrendous company to deal with. The work is shoddy and incompetent. They actually made a 1969s Stanley that just needed a tidy up unusable.
There is absolutely no after sales service. They ignore calls for assistance to remedy the bad work done and the secretaries answering the phones are horrid and unprofessional.
Actually Ill change that. They are lovely. Until you pay. Once the cheque clears they revert to horrid and unprofessional

We had a Rayburn range installed and are absolutely delighted with it. We would never change it. The after sales service with Hand F is second to none. If you want quality and a beautiful look don’t look any further we would not bother going anywhere else. A five star sliver service.
