Dont waste your money on products which are marketed as premium/ high quality when in reality, the bed I purchased fell apart after 14mths. Zero customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Four months ago I placed an order with them for a bed and a mattress. I needed it because I recently moved to a house and the bed was an absolute nightmare. I am an essential worker and as one can imagine, resting after an intense day working is quite important. One of the first things I made sure with this company was that they would take my old bed and mattress on the delivery of the new ones. They even gave me a price of the cost for such this while other companies such as IKEA does it without cost. Still, I wanted to support small companies on these difficult times. Well after two and a half months they decided to send me the mattress without the bed even though I specifically asked to please not do it as they informed me that the main issue for the delay was the bed. After having a double bed mattress standing being my wardrobe on my three square meters room, I still dont have my bed. Two weeks ago I called again (I called them an average of 2 times a week over the past 4 months) and they said my order would be arriving next week. It did not, and the excuse they had this time was that they made a mistake on the order. At the same time as they were giving me such information they added that they were not going to take my old bed and mattress and that they never said so. I offered myself to resend them the emails I have from their email company in which they affirmed to be doing so. A week ago they thought a 30 euros voucher (which is barely an 8% of the cost of the items I ordered) would make me any happier. Today my old bed finally came to its end and tonight Ill have to sleep on the floor, now I have a double bed mattress and a single bed standing behind my wardrobe on my three square meters bedroom.

Worst company I have ever bought from. My order arrived incomplete and instead of trying to sort it out they have used delaying tactics to avoid giving us the product we actually paid for. Appalling customer service.
