Hired Kevin Walsh to create a certificate of compliance for the sale of my property. the report contained multiple errors ,the biggest being Mr walsh claimed a section of the property was not owned by myself. this created a huge issue and nearly caused the sale to fall through, as the report stated the house now had a boundary issue, which it did not. when he was asked to rectify the error, he took weeks to do so. the report was clearly copied and pasted together from previous work, as it contained the wrong address and wrong customers in sections. very Lazy and unprofessional. nearly cost me the sale of my house.
