Nice plumber arrived and discussed work. Agreed to enlarge project to a bigger job. Was there for 15 minutes but only talked. I feel that is covered in impressive call out fee but they also charged for about 45 minutes of labour. Called them for a leak. No work done on leak. Bill arrived after 4 weeks. Still waiting for plumber to do extended job after around 7 weeks. They are too busy to have any concern for customer service. Their lack of interest forced as to find another plumber and we have a Bill for €140 for just a chat. Owner and admin lady abrupt to point of rudeness. Wish I could review with a minus star. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Is it possible to give 0 Star?
Thermopro installed the Heat Pump in a house I recently bought prior to me buying it. To get a new BER rating, I require an SEAI_Designer_Installer_Sign-off form to be completed by Thermopro. I have tried to reach Thermopro via mobile, fixed telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, eMail, etc. on multiple occasions (at least 20) to get this done but no response, no reply, not even the courtesy to acknowledge my calls/messages.
I would hate to think what it is like to try to get emergency service from this company!
Based on my experience I can only say: "hands off!" Do not try to do business with them.
