NEHA Takes Over Lease Of 11 Properties In County Meath

North and East Housing Association (NEHA) has taken over the lease of 11 properties in Ardmore, County Meath, via the NAMA leasing initiative.

NEHA has entered a 20 year, nine-month lease with NARPS (NAMA) for the homes. This will provide a security of tenure for residents who have been nominated from Meath County Council housing waiting list.

The homes are located near Bettystown Beach and vary between two and three-bedroom apartments and two, three and four- bed houses. The properties will be managed by Sorcha Malone (Housing Officer for North and East).
