Kiltegan Residents Urged Not To Use Water Supply

Customers in Co Wicklow have been urged not to use the Kiltegan water supply due to elevated nitrate levels.

A Do Not Consume Notice remains in place from Irish Water.

This notice does not apply to any other areas or water schemes in County Wicklow.

The utility is providing bottled water daily from 9am to 8pm beside Katie Lowes Pub.

Irish Water and Wicklow County Council will continue to liaise with the Health Service Executive with a view to lifting this drinking water restriction as soon as practicable.
