Sixty-six practices have signed up to a RSUA initiative which champions fair pay for part 1 architecture graduates.
RSUA believes that practices should have the opportunity to publicly demonstrate their commitment to the next generation of architects and that students should be able to make informed decisions as to where to seek employment based on this.
Commitments to Fair Pay for Part 1 Graduates sees companies pledge to pay a minimum of the UK Living Wage, which recently increased from £9 per hour to £9.30 an hour.
RSUA's 300 student members of the new list of employers who are signed up to the commitments were given the good news earlier this week.
Some of the companies championing fair play include AECOM, McGurk Architects and Studio Rogers.
A full list of the 66 organisations is available on the RSUA website.
