Terms4Buiness Launches 'Cash Flow' Boosting Help

A new service has been launched to help building firms formulate 'terms and conditions' into their contracts.

Terms4Business said it can help contractors receive the cash they are owed on time.

The services is designed to aid builders, electricians, plumbers and other allied services.

Terms4Business is currently offering discounts on drafting 'terms and conditions' for its construction clients.

Those behind the firm boast of years of combined experience within the financial services industry.

"With this experience we have developed what we consider to be one of the best products on the market which will assist you and your business in moving forward financially," said a spokesman for Terms4Business.

"We provide you with complete and comprehensive terms and conditions documentation which are vital for the successful running of your business."

Terms4Business said this documentation will help protect businesses against the loss of profit, indemnify a business from liabilities arising from trading and will enable late payment charges to be implemented upon direction for the European Union.

"Your business will continue to hold full title of your goods until 100% of all invoices are paid in full. All recovery costs of collecting bad debts and legally recoverable," said the spokesman.

"By having comprehensive terms and conditions in place you can clearly define the legal relationship which exists between you and your customers from the outset.

"We have found that in the EU certain countries are considered to operate beneath the parameters of EU Business Legislation. Our role is to make available the same clauses relevant to your business which operate in all other EU member states.

"All clauses are legally enforceable and are contained in a completely balanced document which will provide you with legally binding security when conducting your day to day business transactions."

Terms4Business said it is providing firms with the tools to ensure financial security within the construction industry.

"Your customers will see that you are operating well above the EU parameters and that you hold the same respect for your business as you have for your customers. In layman’s terms, this stops you from providing your customers with an interest free overdraft," added the spokesman.
