Online Safety TV Channel Launched

A new online TV channel has been launched, aimed at improving safety within construction.

Dublin-based Circle Safety officially unveiled Safety-TV, which offers over 400 titles.

The firm has been involved in the provision of training materials to Irish safety professionals, using localised versions of the world leading Vocam materials, for a number of years.

"Now, for the first time we can offer access to over 400 titles on-line on a fixed annual subscription. Now you can train anywhere, anytime in any topic," said a Circle Safety spokesman.

"Access is not limited to just the Irish versions but parallel versions for other parts of the world and in a variety of languages.

"In addition, e-learning modules are available from the same subscription as well as a range of HR topics."

Circle Safety said more titles are being added on a daily basis and the library is expected to reach 650 modules within weeks.

"Valuable launch discounts are available to end of September so now is a great time to view the site and see what’s possible in a advance of Safety Week and the traditional training season," the spokesman said.

Clips of all modules are available at www.safety-tv.com but for a short time temporary subscription is available to view any programme you wish free of charge and without obligation.

"At Circle Safety we are really excited at this novel training delivery method which has only now become technically possible with advances in delivery of streamed video at low bandwidth – little more than an ordinary telephone line," the firm added.
