Graham FM has successfully ensured a continued profile at the Ormeau Bakery site by securing a contract for the provision of ongoing facilities management services for the prestigious complex.

The company recently convered the Ormeau Bakery into luxurious modern apartment accommodation.

During August 2009, Graham FM commenced the delivery of an extensive range of services to the site common areas, encompassing all aspects of planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance, window cleaning and landscape maintenance.

All maintenance services will be provided by the Graham FM maintenance teams. The apartments will also benefit from the Graham FM 24/7/365 Helpdesk, which will be contactable around the clock to ensure that the facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

There will be a visible presence on site in the form of a full time caretaker, who will be available to provide an instant and effective response to all cleaning, minor maintenance and car park management requirements.
