Ireland's longest-standing construction consultancy firm celebrates its 150th anniversary today.
Davis Langdon PKS marked the occasion with a reception for over 300 people including current and former staff as well as clients in the soon-to-open Grand Canal Theatre in Dublin – a project on which the firm has worked.
"Over the last 150 years we have grown from having an office in Dublin to having offices in Cork, Galway and Limerick as well as being part of the leading international cost consultancy group Davis Langdon, who have offices worldwide," said the company’s Managing Director, Norman Craig.
"We now provide the widest range of quality services in our market including cost management, project management, building surveying, specification writing and banking and financial modelling."
The firm has worked on a huge range of projects over the years, including the GPO and Trinity College in Dublin and the new library and IT building University College Cork.
