A furniture store boss, Paul O'Neill of Regal Furniture, Balmoral Road Belfast, has pleaded guilty at Laganside Magistrates' Court in relation to the erection of three unauthorised advertisements.
Mr O'Neill was fined £50 for each advertisement displayed (£150 in total) at Regal Furniture, Balmoral Road and ordered to pay solicitor costs of £70 and court summons costs of £25.
Planning Service brought about the charges under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 as amended which relates to advertisement control.
