Draperstown Man Fined £5,000

A Co Londonderry man has been fined £5,000 at Magherafelt Magistrates' Court for non-compliance with a Planning Service Enforcement Notice.

Mr John Paul McNally of Glenviggan Road, Draperstown, failed to remove a concrete base from a site at Moyard Road, Draperstown.

Planning Service brought the charges under Article 72(6) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 as amended, which relates to a second or subsequent offence following the preceding conviction.
