National School in Meath Seeks Extension

Detailed plans have been submitted to Meath County Council by Oristown National School for the construction of an extension to their existing facility at Oristown, Kells, Co Meath.

The plans detail the removal of the existing prefabricated classroom and the subsequent construction of a new classroom and a multi-purpose hall with associated toilets and store rooms.

The development also includes construction of a new entrance and on-site vehicle parking and all ancillary works.

The proposed development also relates to work within the curtilage of a protected structure.

The architect is Joseph O'Reilly Consulting Engineers and the project is being promoted by Oristown National School's own Board of Management.
