Dublin offices of Bord Gais are to be redeveloped with architectural and building services to add office accommodation, a restaurant and a gym to the Dublin 2 premises.

The works are to take place at 1 Warrington Place and aims to include other ancillary functional spaces within the recently constructed existing seven-storey building of approximately 5,200 square metres over a basement car park.
