Kildare Bid For Housing Development

There's a new housing development being planned for Co Kildare with detail plans submitted this month to Kildare County Council.

The developer is Martin Flattery who is bidding to construct the 60-plus housing development at New Road, Glebe, Barony of North Salt, Straffan.

The development will comprise the construction 22 four-bed two-storey semi-detached houses, 16 No. three-bed two-storey semi-detached houses; four three bed two-storey detached houses and 19 three-bed two-storey terraced houses.

The plans include all associated drainage, boundary wall treatment, and new vehicular entrance to site, landscaping and site works.
