Waterford Outlet Centre Proposed

Property development and investment company Parker Green are to lodge a planning application for a major factory outlet centre in Waterford.

The development will create around 300 construction jobs and 200 retail positions.

The scheme, located at a former pitch and putt course on the Cork Road, will feature 34 retail units.

An eight-screen Omniplex cinema by David Flynn Ltd will be constructed on part of the site.

Planning documentation will include an environmental impact statement.
