New 'Co-Op' Housing On Way For Dublin

The Irish Environment Minister John Gormley has this week carried out the stone laying ceremony to make the latest Co-operative Housing development at Gloucester Street, Dublin 2.

The corner stone ceremony also involved Niall O'Keeffe Chief Executive NABCo, Declan Hudson, Chairman and Joe O' Flynn, General Secretary, SIPTU.

The development, which will take nine months to complete, will provide 19 social rented Co-operative dwellings for eligible applicants from Dublin City Councils housing list.
