Work Underway On €1m Centre In Leitrim

A €1m 'Centre of Excellence' is being built in Co Leitrim.

The two-storey building will be constructed at Drumod, with the main contractor just appointed and on site for the works involved in the development of Cumann Lúthchleas Gael (CLG) Chontae Liatroma Annaduff Centre of Excellence.

The development comprises the construction of a two-storey building works with foundations, walls, roof, windows and doors.

Work commenced on site during February and the contract period is four months.

The value of the scheme is around A €1m with the other contractors set to be appointed in due course.

According to the website, unearthore.com, the architect is Concept Control Ltd and the main contractor is Padraig Bohan Construction Ltd.

The awarding authority is Cumann Lúthchleas Gael Chontae Liatroma.
