€2.25 Million Development Site For Sale

The site of the former B3 cables company in Longford has been put on the market with an asking price of €2.25 million.

The facility at Aughafad went into receivership in July, 2010.

The site which includes around 11,665 square metres of industrial premises and a two-story office block is located on 2.17 hectares of land.

According to www.unearthore.com It's not yet known how long the Aughafad site will remain on the market for and if it will actually go for the asking price of over €2 million.
