Co Monaghan Builders Boosted

The main contractor, Doohamlet Construction, has now been appointed for works involving the construction of two new classroom units at Threemilehouse National School, Kilnaclay, Threemilehouse, Co Monaghan.

According to the website www.unearthore.com the works consist of internal alterations and an extension to the existing national school to provide the necessary teaching facilities associated with the ASD Unit, together with all associated site development and drainage works.

Work is due to progress on site week commencing mid April and the contract period is five months.

The value of the scheme is in the region of €200,000. Sub-contractors will be appointed shortly.

The architect is FJ Coyle and Associates.
