€250,000 Clubhouse Extension

The main contractor has now been appointed for the construction of a single-storey extension to the existing clubhouse at Swellan Park, Swellan Lower, Cavan, Co. Cavan.

The extension by Sandar Properties will provide for changing room facilities with ancillary works.

According to the website www.unearthore.com the work is due to commence on site early May 2011 and the contract period is 4 months.

The value of the scheme is in the region of €250,000.
