Bridge Rehabilitation Contract Awarded

The main contractor has been appointed for the construction of the Munster Bridge Rehabilitations Contract.

John Cradock Contractors Ltd will work on five bridge widenings, five bridge replacements and thirteen bridges which require varying levels of rehabilitation.

These are to be undertaken on national routes across four counties, Limerick, Waterford, Kerry and Clare.

Main construction work is expected to commence on site on 7th June, 2011 and the contract period is estimated at five months.
