Sligo Builders To Get Shopping Centre Boost

An €80m shopping centre is on the way for Sligo.

A planning application for the project is expected to be lodged before the end of the June by Treasury Holdings subsidiary Callside Developments.

According to the website, www.unearthore.com in what is viewed as a major step forward in bringing the long-awaited centre block scheme to reality, Callside is continuing to work with Sligo Borough Council at pre-planning stage and Acting Director of Services, Paula R. Gallagher told last week's monthly meeting that a formal planning application would be lodged within two weeks.
