The UK's largest food producer, Premier Foods Group Ltd, has re-appointed CBRE to manage its property portfolio in the UK and Ireland.

CBRE will advise Premier Foods on occupation of new and existing warehouses, factories, offices and flour mills.

The scope of CBRE's appointment covers Planning Consultancy, representation of Premier Foods both as a landlord and a tenant, rating, and a range of building consultancy services, including cost consultancy and building surveys.

David Slater, Group Property Manager of Premier Foods, said: "The nature of our portfolio is such that we require a property advisor who really understands our assets and their requirements.

"We appointed CBRE due to the range of services it can offer us via one point of contact, the wealth of expertise it boasts in the industrial and offices sectors and its comprehensive knowledge of regional and national occupier markets across the UK and Ireland."

Premier Foods' current portfolio in the UK and Ireland comprises approximately 200 properties totaling over 4 million sq ft.
