Dublin Council Housing Boosted

Detailed plans were submitted to South Dublin Council by Citywest Ltd recently for the demolition of an existing two storey dwelling and associated outbuildings at Old Naas Road, Brownsbarn, Co. Dublin.

These works will allow for the construction of a housing development. The development will consist of 60 two-storey houses comprising 1 4-bed detached house, 20 3 and 4-bed semi-detached houses and 39 3-bed terraced houses.

Plans include vehicular access off the Old Naas Road and for all associated site development works, car parking, landscaping and open spaces on a site area of 1.75ha.
