£1.5 Million Hostel Extension Underway

While main construction commenced in May, the electrical sub-contractor has now been appointed for the extension to Thompson House hostel on the Antrim Road, Belfast.

According to the website www.unearthore.com the contract period is estimated at 14 months and bringing the hostel to standard will cost in the region of £1.5 million.

The extension will include the repositioning of kitchen, ancillary, dining and laundry and will include a new lift and four one-bed apartments.
