Donegal County Council has approved planning permission for the construction of a 792 sq.m. school extension at East Rock, Carrickboy Townland, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal.
Designed by Donegal-based architects, McGinley Doherty & Deery, the development will include the demolition of the water tower, the toilets and the shelter at the school and the construction of a single-storey extension to the side and rear of the existing school and the carrying out of renovations to the existing school building all at the existing site.
The development will be located on a 1.54 hectare site.
