Waterford School Refurb Contractors Appointed

In a positive move forward Kilkenny based contractors have been appointed as the main contractors for an extension to St.Paul's Community College, in Waterford.

Southbrook Construction Ltd will take on the project designed by Waterford architects, Tritschler & Tritschler Architects.

The development of the Lisduggan school consists of the construction of a single-storey autistic facility consisting of classroom, withdrawal/sensory area, toilets and office space adjacent to existing school together with all associated site works.

Construction work is expected to commence in the coming weeks, with work expected to take in the region of four months to complete.

The development will measure 132 sq.m. and will be located on a 4.07 hectare site.
