Tesco Revises £40m Derry Shop Plan

Tesco Stores Ltd have submitted revised plans to Derry Council for the construction of a new district shopping centre at Lisnagelvin District Centre at Lisnagelvin Road.

The new plans for the Londonderry detail the proposed redevelopment of the existing Lisnagelvin District Shopping Centre to provide a new district shopping centre over three levels, basement, main shopping area and mezzanine, and provide 820 No. car parking spaces.

Plans include landscaping and associated site and access works. If given the green light, main construction work is expected to cost in the region of £40 million.
