Tenders Sought For £1m Apartment Scheme

Tenders are currently being sought for the compiling of a select list of contractors to undertake construction work on an apartment scheme at Brucevale Park in Belfast.

The project calls for the construction of 12 apartments with engineering services and external site development works. It is expected that all homes built under this contract will be lifetime homes compliant, achieve secure by design and will achieve a minimum of code for sustainable homes level 4.

Full tenders are expected to be sought from the select list of contractors in January 2012. Construction work is expected to commence in March 2012 and will take in the region of 12 months to complete.

The development will measure 0.1 hectare
