Portrush property company, Cloughorr Investments, was fined a total of £2,000 plus £37 costs at North Antrim Magistrates Court after pleading guilty to three counts of unauthorised waste offences.
Cloughorr Investments own the Golf Links holiday homes park and the Kellys night club complex on the Bushmills Road in the town.
Officers from the Northern Ireland Environment Agency found waste brick, concrete, metal, breeze blocks, fabric, tarmac, ceramics, plastics, piping and electrical cabling adjacent to the holiday homes park site in August 2011.
The waste was generated from demolition works on the Kellys night club complex. There was no waste management licence or exemption in force permitting waste on the site.
